Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40. Orders under $40 are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.99 at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order at any time through our tracking page or directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs and Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Sleepy Sapling has no control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your dispatch confirmation email please contact us at support@sleepysapling.store and we will investigate immediately. We will either resend the order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sleepy Sapling is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
